Caption Illegal immigrants arriving at Macao - a snap as an eternal memory.  Lines of bars were set by the authorities for illegal immigrants arriving at Macao to line up for ID card applications, in order to disperse the crowd and prevent chaos.  However, the design appeared absurd, as caught by the snap shot, when a small number of applicants had to walk zigzag along the bar lines.  Officials on duty, soon after the picture was taken, removed them back to leave a one-foot wide line for people to walk straight through.
