The 14,500 square metre (185, 991 sq. feet) four storey facility has classrooms, wet labs, dry labs, office space and various study areas. The facility implements UBC Okanagan’s innovative grandwater geo-thermal exchange system. The building was constructed with an environmentally sustainable design that meets LEED Gold standards.
