	Photograph album originally produced for the British Columbia Mill 
	Timber and Trading Company, a construction company specializing in 
	prefabricated buildings chiefly in the Vancouver area. The album 
	includes 213 photographs taken in the first and second decade of the 
	20th century.

	Engraving by Wenceslaus Hollar of Whitehall Palace [given to UBC Library 
	By G.P.V. Akrigg Dec. 1987]. Walter L Spiers, London Telegraph Record 
	VI: 26 assigns this to 1645 and notes that it is probably the earliest 
	view of the palace from the river.
