Envelope addressed to He Zu Jian, care of the Wing Sang Company in Vancouver. Because the Canadian postal system could not deliver letters addressed in Chinese characters, early Chinese immigrants in Vancouver relied on the Wing Sang company to act as unofficial post masters.
