Woodward Library Group Study Room Booking

  Woodward Library has group study facilities located both along the east side of the second floor of the library and in the garden level basement area.

The group study rooms on the second floor include Room 208, 210, 213, 215 and 217. Two of these rooms may be booked in advance FOR GROUP USE only. They are:
  • Room 215
  • Room 217
The group study rooms in the garden level basement area include Room 20B, 20C, 20D, and 20E. Three of these rooms may be booked in advance FOR GROUP USE only. They are:
  • Room 20B
  • Room 20C
  • Room 20D (large screen monitor available)

  Guidelines for Group Study Rooms
 
To ensure fair access to all users, please observe the followin guidelines:
  1. A group (not each member of a group) may book a room 2 hours per day, three times a week maxiumum
  2. 3 or more students, faculty or staff constitute a group
  3. If you are more than 10 minutes late you lose your booking
  4. Reservations are made online at: www.library.ubc.ca/booking
  5. Rooms can be reserved up to 3 weeks in advance
