ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL

The WILU 37 organizing committee looks forward to welcoming you to UBC Okanagan and Kelowna, B.C. We have reserved a block of rooms at the beautiful 243 acre campus and would like to recommend that all delegates consider staying on campus.  UBC Okanagan offers affordable accommodation in modern, new facilities and can provide accommodation for singles, couples and families.  Benefits of staying on campus are many: affordability, convenience, proximity to all conference activities and of course networking opportunities.

Come early or stay late. UBC Okanagan will offer discounted group rates for all delegates from May 12-18 if you would like to extend your stay. Reservations can be placed here.

We are arranging a shuttle service to transport delegates to the campus from the airport for a small fee. The distance is short. All delegates will be contacted later about flight information.
